I'm hoping to provide inspiration, motivation, and information on how to lose weight and get healthy. As a mom of 4 little ones, I know it can be tough to fit healthy habits into a busy schedule. I started my weight loss journey at a Weight of 327 lbs. I've lost over 115 lbs and I'm still working toward reaching my Goal Weight of 175 lbs.
Eating/Diet: Phased approach that includes a mix of Intermittent Fasting, Keto, Ketogenic Diet / Low Carb, and portion control.
Exercise: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Boot Camp, Jogging, Spin Bike, Weight Training, Rowing Machine
